Adventure Tour

( 2 hours guidet tour, min. 4 participants)
STAND UP PADDLE (SUP) is a great way to experience the nature and the real
surf-feeling. You will get a short introduction in steering and paddling the board.
Afterwards we will sail in the fjord with our guide.
SUP is a really good way of getting exercise because you use the entire body, improve
balance and burn calories like running and mountain biking.
 
- We provide all the equipment - board, paddle wet suit and swim-vest.
- Just bring your bathing suit and a towel.
- The SUP tour is for everyone over the age of 8.
- You need to be able to swim 200 meters.
- We teach in groups of 2 to 12 people.

SUP – Private Hour

Get your own private instructor who will help you with whatever you need. To assure the best quality of service for the individual instruction, the lessons are made for 1 or 2 people.
